What are the different ticket types?

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events. Please contact us for a ticket.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the ā€œTicketsā€ section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap ā€œTransfer Ticketsā€ on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.

How do I get to the venue?
By train: take a train to Adelaide Railway Station; from there it is about an 11-minute walk to St Peter's Cathedral, and there are also buses that can get you closer. By bus: you can use the free City Connector buses, routes 98A and 98C, which loop around the city and North Adelaide; several other bus lines, including routes 222 and 224, also serve the area near the cathedral. By car: use GPS or Google Maps to get directions to St Peter's Cathedral, 27 King William Rd, North Adelaide SA 5006. There is no general parking at the cathedral itself.
Is there food served?
Drinks and snacks are not allowed in the cathedral.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What happens if I arrive late?
Doors close 5 minutes before the concert starts. In the event of late arrival, to respect the musicians' performance and the experience of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
What is ā€œCandlelight Photoā€?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You will have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy ā€œCandlelight Photoā€ at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo package online with their concert tickets have priority over those who buy on site. On-site purchases are by credit card only: no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before or after the concert; the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins to allow enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you forget and leave without your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will be made so that attendees do not forget it. Feel free to ask any of our staff if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo package?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Can I bring a cushion?
Yes. Seating is on pews, so for your comfort feel free to bring a cushion.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
