Celebrate the spookiest season of the year with a Candlelight concert of Halloween music at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in Burbank. A string quartet performs iconic horror and fantasy film themes alongside haunting classical pieces, live and surrounded by the glow of hundreds of candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes. Event parking is available at the venue for $12 per vehicle.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue: all tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and children under 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you hold a Flexible Refund Ticket. For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
What documents do I need to get my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to get your ticket refunded.
Where is the experience taking place?
The Los Angeles Equestrian Center is at 480 W. Riverside Dr., Burbank, CA 91506. The concert takes place in the Grand Prix Ballroom.
How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended. The closest transit stop is at Victory Blvd and Allen Ave.
Are food and drinks served?
There is a bar on site serving drinks at an additional charge. No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us if you plan to bring a service animal. All dogs at the facility must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet at all times.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue is fully ADA accessible, and ADA parking is available at the entrance of the event building.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
A photo package available only to guests who buy it: you have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" photos at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy the photo online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases, which are by credit card only (no cash).
When is my picture taken?
Before the concert: the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Make sure you have your printed pictures before you leave, as we cannot keep them for you: if you leave without them, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo.
Where do I have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will remind everyone about it. Feel free to ask any staff member if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have it validated by the photographer at the venue to have your picture taken.
Can I get a refund for the photo?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded for the photo.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Yes, you can leave the concert room to use the restroom. You will be let back in during the breaks between songs, to avoid disturbing the musicians and the rest of the audience.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your zone. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts. The concert begins on time, and late arrivals will not be allowed in.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs bought online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As each Candle 3-Pack is tied to its Candlelight event date and location, they are non-refundable and non-returnable: all sales are final.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
