What are the different ticket types?
There are half-price and full-price tickets for the theater zones, as well as the Entrada Social ticket. Each zone has a different price, depending on proximity to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or by email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Customers who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or support professional. After purchasing your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making the request), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
Yes, the minimum age is 8 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, senior citizens, people with disabilities and their companion, low-income youth, and teachers from state and municipal public school networks (early childhood, elementary, and high school education). All of these individuals must present a document proving their status; otherwise, they will not be able to use the half-price ticket and must pay the full ticket price.
How does the Entrada Social ticket work?
The Entrada Social ticket can be purchased by anyone, with no proof required, and already includes a R$ 5 donation to NGOs and nonprofit organizations. There is a limited quota of this promotional price per session.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
No, ticket transfers are not possible due to ticket ownership rules.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. In that case, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms.
Can I enter after the concert has started?
No. Entry will not be allowed after the scheduled start time of the show. Arrive early to secure the best spot in your chosen zone.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
