Great ambience and setting, beautiful music, wonderful experience overall. Valet parking would have been convenient though.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the same method used for the purchase. Your QR code is also available in your purchase confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased; Zone A covers the first couple of rows.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the app. For additional help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.

Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I sit together with friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time so we can accommodate you.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the duration of the experience?

65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Indoor, with assigned seating.

Where is the experience taking place?

Majlis Al Salam Ballroom, Mina A'Salam Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.

Is there food served?

Snacks and beverages can be purchased, but food is not allowed inside the venue during the show, only beverages.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed. If you plan to bring a service animal, please contact us in advance by filling in this form.

Is there parking available?

Limited valet parking is available at the hotel, with long wait times, so arrive early. Paid self-parking is also available at Souk Madinat Jumeirah, though it involves a long walk to the venue, so plan to arrive around 2 hours before the show.
