Arrive at your session time
Arrive within the time stated on your ticket — you can still get in up to 30 minutes after. A box office is on site, but we recommend booking ahead as sessions can sell out.
Explore the realms
Wander through 8 nature-inspired rooms at your own pace — it's a walkthrough experience, with seats along the way if you need a break.
Add the VR ocean adventure
Round off the visit with the optional VR add-on and come face-to-face with marine creatures in an immersive underwater journey.

The experience is held in an indoor venue, on the Lower Level of Woodfield Mall, next to Peppa Pig World of Play.

How long does the experience last?

The visit takes approximately 30-45 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you want.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available at Woodfield Mall.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance via the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, when enabled. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free by clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No — your ticket and QR code are available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, or in your purchase confirmation email.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome. Children under 2 visit free of charge; children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue accessible?

The exhibit is wheelchair accessible, though some parts may be less suited to guests with physical access requirements.

Will there be strobe lights?

Yes, this event includes strobe lights.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them — just be mindful of other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there any requirements for the VR add-on?

Minimum height 35in / 0.9m; children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult; one person per seat; no umbrellas, cameras, jewelry or loose items. Not recommended for guests with photosensitive epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, back/neck problems or who are pregnant.
