How does seating assignment and zoning work?
We have several zones priced based on closeness and the stage view. When you enter Ateneu Mercantil de València, the team will help you find your seat in order of arrival within your booked category.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
Can tickets be bought at the Ateneu Mercantil de València box office?
There is no physical sales point inside Ateneu Mercantil de València. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.
Will there be food and drink service at Ateneu Mercantil de València?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Since we often choose historic and monumental venues for the event, the temperature sometimes depends on the outside weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for the time of year to ensure a comfortable and pleasant evening.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Not at all! There's no strict dress code. We recommend a casual and relaxed style; the most important thing is that you're comfortable to fully enjoy the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Mecano in Valencia lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Unless it's an emergency, we appreciate that you don't get up from your seat. This helps us maintain the special atmosphere of the event.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
Safety is our priority, which is why we decorate the space with LED candles. They recreate the warmth of traditional light without fire or heat, ensuring a magical and completely risk-free experience.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Mecano in Valencia?
Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Mecano be gifted?
Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Get this pack to enjoy an exclusive photo session in a special area inside Ateneu Mercantil de València. You'll take home an instant physical Polaroid photo as the perfect souvenir.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Ateneu Mercantil de València?
As long as there's availability, you can book your Ateneu Mercantil de València experience on the day of the concert using a card. Keep in mind that we only accept card payments and that online bookings have priority over sales at the venue.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show if you want a photo. The photo area will stop operating 10 minutes before the show starts.
When will I receive the photo?
Choose your favorite photo before it goes to print. Our team will prepare it during the concert for you to collect right when it ends. Don't forget to take it with you when you leave, as we can't keep it for another day!
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
When you pass the entrance control at Ateneu Mercantil de València, our team will show you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package includes 3 high-quality LED candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of candlelight. They are not real, so they are completely safe and ideal for decorating your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Remember to pick up your online purchase at the venue during the event. Since your "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to a specific date and location, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final.
Are pets or animals allowed in Ateneu Mercantil de València? What about service animals?
We're sorry, but pets are not permitted in the venue. However, if you're coming with a guide or assistance dog, you'll have no issues.
