What is The Jazz Room and what can I expect?
The Jazz Room is a one-of-a-kind concert experience consisting of a mix of carefully chosen classics and spontaneous improvisation. As you indulge in a curated drink list, you'll be transported on a musical journey through the rich and dynamic history of jazz.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 1 hour.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I purchase food and drinks on-site?
Yes — there is an on-site bar from which you can purchase beverages before and during the experience, and bar food is also available. Food or beverages purchased elsewhere are not permitted at the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and/or record the experience.
About your tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available on the Fever App (iOS and Android) or on the Fever website. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — you only need to show your Fever ticket in the app or your confirmation email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes — you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. For private or large group sessions (30+ people), please use the Groups & Private link in the Practical info section.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Your QR code ticket is in the Fever app under the Tickets section. Make sure you're logged into the same account you used to purchase. If you still can't find it, contact Fever support.
Is it necessary to buy a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact Fever support to receive a voucher for a free carer ticket, then redeem it in the app. Both tickets must be shown at entry.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Contact Fever support to request an exchange.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes — you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Contact support if you need help, and include your order number.

Burnside Ballroom
