• Patacon with Shrimp Ceviche
• Seasonal Tomato with Tuna Belly
• Salad with Smoked Eel and Kimchi Mayonnaise
• Croquettes (Cecina de Leon or Squid)
• Fresh burrata with Vesuvio tomato, basil oil and pistachio pesto

Main course per person, to choose between: (paella min. 2 pax)

• Enlisted shrimp paella
• Duck and artichoke paella (dry or mellow)
• Cod confit with vegetables of the day
• Iberian pork tenderloin with chef's garnish
