How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue's zones have different prices depending on visibility and proximity to the stage. Your seat will be assigned by our team when you arrive at Ateneu Mercantil de València, always respecting the order of arrival and the sector.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Sure! You can share seats in the same row. The only important thing is that you arrive simultaneously and that your tickets are for the same section. We recommend coming 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together!
Can tickets be bought at the Ateneu Mercantil de València box office?
No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Ateneu Mercantil de València. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
Will there be food and drink service at Ateneu Mercantil de València?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
The historic spaces where the events take place can have temperature variations depending on the date. We advise dressing in clothes suitable for the season so you can enjoy the concert with the utmost comfort.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
There is no formal dress code for the event. We advise going for a comfortable style so you can enjoy the evening to the fullest.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight Christmas: Christmas Classics in Valencia lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry, the candles are all LED technology and replicate the light of a flame identically. Without real fire, they don't emit heat and aren't flammable.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight Christmas: Christmas Classics in Valencia?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same account you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. Your tickets are digital, and you don't need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
It's easy and completely free to send your tickets to anyone you want. Just select the "Transfer tickets" option within your Fever app ticket. For any other inquiries or additional help, contact us with your ticket number included.
Can tickets for Candlelight Christmas: Christmas Classics be gifted?
Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Enjoy a bespoke photography experience in Ateneu Mercantil de València's decorated zone by adding this pack to your ticket. You'll get an instant photo printed with the retro charm of a Polaroid to immortalize the experience.

Photos will be on sale at Ateneu Mercantil de València depending on the day's availability. If you decide to buy them there, remember that only card payments are accepted and that attendees who purchased the package online in advance will have priority for the session.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so there's enough time to take your photo. The photo session takes place before the show and ends 10 minutes before it starts.
When will I receive the photo?
Choose your favorite photo before it goes to print. Our team will prepare it during the concert for you to collect right when it ends. Don't forget to take it with you when you leave, as we can't keep it for another day!
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
As soon as you enter Ateneu Mercantil de València, you'll see our team ready to point you to the photo area. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have!
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
You'll receive a set of 3 LED candles that imitate the flicker and light of a wax candle. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere in your home with the peace of mind that they're 100% safe.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
Are pets or animals allowed in Ateneu Mercantil de València? What about service animals?
Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
