Birthday Celebrations
⏳ You will have access to the Birthday Room for 30 minutes
🤸 There will be a birthday host assisting the birthday party
👥 Please note that any person entering the exhibition or the birthday room needs a valid ticket
👥 If you are unsure about the number of attendees, please select the minimum; you can add more attendees upon arrival, no more than 20 attendees since that is the max capacity for the party room

FAQs

• Birthdays must be booked via the website and cannot be booked via email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the party room.
• Your Birthday room is booked for you at the time you selected. The earliest you can be admitted is 30 minutes prior to your booked time. The room capacity is 20 people.
• When you arrive, please advise the Box Office you are here for a party and your coordinator will arrive to assist you. During the party, a coordinator will be assigned to ensure you receive access to the room and your tickets.
• All guests must have a ticket, this includes entry to the party room, unless they are under 3 years of age. Tickets are non-refundable.
• You are welcome to bring your own decorations however we do not permit any tape on the walls.
• You are welcome to bring in your own food and drink although alcoholic drinks are not permitted onsite.
• In order to offer the best experience during your visit, the 30 minutes in the party room starts your visit and your party guests visit the exhibition following the time in the party room. As the exhibition is self-guided, this helps you avoid searching for your party guests to round them up to return to the room in time for cake and soft drinks.
• The room comes with Happy Birthday banners and tablecloths.
• Minors under the age of 12 require adult supervision.
