The Centro Asturiano de Tampa opened in 1902 as a social club for immigrants and descendents of immigrants from Asturias, Spain. Offering a hospital, cemetery, and health insurance to its members, it aimed to care for them from birth until death. Today, it hosts clubs, weddings, parties, corporate functions, and galas.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience; contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket and how does it work?
It lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is needed. You'll get a full refund except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible option; if you choose an exchange instead, you'll receive a voucher for the same value to buy a new date and/or time for the same experience. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors.
Is food or drink served at the venue?
Small bites and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.
Is there parking available?
Parking at the venue is limited, so arriving early is recommended; using a rideshare service is also recommended.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility) and Zone C (Good Visibility).
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
How do I get to the venue?
Centro Asturiano de Tampa is located at 1913 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33602, in Ybor City, right off I-275 and I-4, on the corner of E Palm Ave and N Nebraska Ave. A rideshare service is recommended; please use the entrance stairs on N Nebraska Ave instead of the parking lot entrance.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight" and how does it work?
It's an optional paid photo package: you'll get your photo taken in a designated area before the show (the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early) and receive one printed polaroid-style picture, collected at the exit. You'll get a QR code by email (separate from your ticket confirmation) to show the photographer. It can also be bought on site, subject to availability and card payment only, but online buyers get priority. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity itself is cancelled for internal reasons.
What is the policy for the Candle 3-Pack purchased online?
It must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it's tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases (online or picked up on site) are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
Do I have to wear a mask?
All attendees are encouraged to wear a mask, though it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.
