About the venueSchloss Garath
Haus Garath was first mentioned in a document in the 13th century. The castle, built in classical baroque style, features a large festooned hall and small dining room, as well as a lobby with a wonderful stone staircase. It is one of the few castles in private ownership.

There are approximately 50 parking spaces available. Drive through the open gate to the left of Schloss Garath to reach the first car park; a second one can be reached via the narrow passage on the left.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Front Row, Zone A and Zone B.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Without the Flexible Refund Ticket, a refund is not possible. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request with the Flexible Refund Ticket.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to have your Flexible Refund Ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Schloss Garath (Garather Schloßallee 19, 40595 Düsseldorf).
How do I get to the venue?
From Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, take the S6 to Düsseldorf-Garath. From there it's just a 15-minute walk.
Are food and drinks available?
Before the concert, drinks can be purchased at the venue's own bar.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us directly if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have wheelchair access.
Is there a car park?
Yes, around 50 parking spaces are available. After entering through the open gate to the left of Schloss Garath, you'll reach the first car park directly. Through the narrow passage on the left, you can also reach a second car park.
What is “Candlelight Foto”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets via the website will be given priority. Please note that only credit card payments are accepted on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to hold them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them for you. If you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new appointment for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind you of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. No interval is scheduled.
When do the doors open? Can I still get in after the concert starts?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
