Great performance. If you want to see the musicians, get there early as seating is first come basis. Or, consider standing room tickets.

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. For more information, check our terms and conditions.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note a Flexible Refund Ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person. If you hold a Flexible Refund Ticket, please note it becomes non-refundable once transferred.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers great visibility, Zone B offers good visibility, and a Standing Room option is also available.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can request one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.

This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is in downtown Wilmington. From I-140, take US-421 S, then follow N 3rd St and N Front St into downtown.

Yes, there is ample street parking around the venue, plus two nearby parking facilities: the River Place Parking Lot (14 Grace St) and the Water Street Parking Deck (210 N Water St).

No, food and drinks are not served at the venue.
