Arrive a little early
Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.
Take your seat
Let the atmosphere draw you in before the first dancer takes the stage. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

What can I expect at the event?
Ballet of Lights shows let you discover styles of music and dance with an original and captivating staging, in the heart of the city of Toulouse
What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Catégorie A (parterre devant), Catégorie B (parterre arrière), Catégorie C (balcon devant), Catégorie D (balcon côtés), Catégorie E (balcon arrière), Catégorie PMR. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
Visitors spend an average of one hour at this experience.
Will more sessions be added?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will add more dates. Please check the event page for any information about availability and confirmed dates and times.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Although the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the show simply by watching and enjoying!
Will there be merchandise for sale?
There will be no merchandise for sale.
Where can I buy tickets?
On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store; on the Fever website
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be no box office on site. Tickets can be purchased on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to the person of your choice. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any further help. Don't forget to give us your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your e-tickets will be validated directly from the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before the start date of the event. If you would like to make a change, contact us and include the ID of your ticket(s). One of our agents will reply to your request as soon as possible and let you know the next steps. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please write to us at groups@feverup.com, specifying your preferred dates and the size of your group.
Do you offer press passes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer press passes for this event.
Will chairs be available during the experience? Will there be places to sit?
This is a seated experience; every visitor will have a seat.
Do I need to arrive at the time of my session?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your ticket so that we can seat you correctly within the category you booked. Late arrivals are not permitted.
Are animals allowed? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the event venue. However, guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Do you offer tickets for accompanying carers?
Visitors who need assistance during the experience can request a free pass for their personal accompanying carer. Please contact us with proof that you need a companion. Once received, we will send you a voucher that you can use to book a free ticket for your companion in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you will need to show your standard entry ticket together with your companion's ticket at the event entrance.
Will there be toilets available at the venue?
Toilets will be available on site. Please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I use my camera during the experience?
Unfortunately, photos are not allowed, not even with your phone.
Is there a lost and found area?
We recommend asking the on-site staff whether they have found your personal belongings. If you are unable to ask them, please contact us.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
