Grab a drink, settle in, and let the evening begin before the first note. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.

Fantastic musicians! True professionals at their craft and had fun during their performance making me dance in my seat. It was a little shy of an hour long performance though no encore, so I left wanting more. Despite this, I would go again.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Front Row, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 21 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
What time do doors open?
Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the start of the experience.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Yes, there is an on-site bar from which you can purchase beverages during the experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. For private shows or large group sessions (30+ people), please see the event page.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

No late entry is permitted as this would disrupt the show for other attendees.
