What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you play the jury. You'll analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will decide the fate of the accused.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
What are the different types of tickets available?
For this venue, we have different zones based on the quality of the view.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Seating is not numbered. The system is first come, first served within each zone. We recommend arriving early to sit together.
Are there any age requirements?
Yes, this event is for ages 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How does voting work?
To vote, scan the QR code displayed in the venue with your smartphone. Most cameras scan QR codes automatically. If not, download Google Lens or a QR reader app. Our staff will assist you if needed.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final bow and without flash.
Can I buy drinks at the venue?
Check with the venue if a bar is available.
Can I leave the room during the show?
For the sake of the performers and the audience, you will not be allowed to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You just need to show your Fever ticket in the app or by email when you arrive.
Are refunds or date changes allowed?
No refunds are allowed except as required by law. Date changes are possible up to 24 hours before, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, for free by clicking "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. Tickets are only sold through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
