The Meistersingerhalle is the cultural center of the city of Nuremberg and has been a listed building since 2007. It is named after the Nuremberg tradition of the Meistersinger, which Richard Wagner commemorated in his opera The Meistersingers of Nuremberg.

Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience begins. In this case, please contact us stating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our General Terms and Conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted, to respect the performers and other guests.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, there is access for people with disabilities. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so that we can prepare everything.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 12 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
What can I expect from “The Jury Experience”?
Experience a gripping courtroom trial with high stakes at The Jury Experience in Nuremberg. In this interactive live theatre show, YOU take on the role of a juror and have the power to deliver the verdict. Examine all the evidence, from witness testimony to forensic data, and in the end answer the decisive question: guilty or not guilty?
Are strobe lights used on site?
No, no strobe lights are used.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available at the venue. All tickets can only be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the entire experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is important that you have a valid ticket before requesting the free ticket), please contact us for more information.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Small Hall (Kleiner Saal) of the Meistersingerhalle (Münchener Straße 19, 90478 Nürnberg).
Does the venue have restrooms?
Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask the staff on site.
How do I get to the venue?
Getting there by public transport: From Nuremberg main station (Hauptbahnhof), the Meistersingerhalle can be reached in a few minutes by tram line 8 in the direction of Doku-Zentrum (stop Meistersingerhalle). Getting there by car: From the northwest: Coming from Frankfurt / Würzburg, take the A 3 via the AB-Kreuz Nürnberg interchange to the A 9 and continue to the exit Nürnberg-Fischbach, then follow the signs. From Bamberg, take the A 73 to the exit Nürnberg-Zollhaus, then keep going straight ahead. From the north: From Berlin, take the A 9 to the exit Nürnberg-Fischbach, then follow the signs. From the east: Coming from Amberg, take the A 6 via the AB-Kreuz Nürnberg-Süd interchange to the A 73 and continue to the exit Nürnberg-Zollhaus, then keep going straight ahead. From the southwest: From Stuttgart/Heilbronn, take the A 6 via the AB-Kreuz Nürnberg-Süd interchange to the A 73, exit Nürnberg-Zollhaus, then keep going straight ahead. From the south: From Munich, take the A 9 via the AB-Dreieck Nürnberg-Feucht interchange to the A73 and continue to the exit Nürnberg-Zollhaus, then keep going straight ahead.
Can I bring animals?
No, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly if you will be accompanied by a service animal.
