Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows you to change the date up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. No refunds are offered, whatever the circumstances.
Can I make a group booking?
You can book for a group up to the number of tickets the app/website allows you to purchase. It is not possible to make special group bookings for this event.

Espace Lumen - Chaussée de Boondael 36, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking available on site. We recommend using public transport. The Place Flagey underground parking is just steps away.
Do I need to arrive at my session time?
Doors open 30 to 45 minutes before the start time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early. Late entry may not be permitted.
Are animals allowed? Are guide dogs permitted?
Animals are not allowed on the premises. Guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. The theatre is on the ground floor with no steps. However, the toilets are not adapted.
Will there be strobe lights?
There may be strobe lights at this event.
Will chairs be provided during the experience?
The experience is seated. Every visitor will have a seat.
