Candlelight brings the music of Coldplay to Knox Presbyterian Church in Oakville, performed live by a string quartet surrounded by candles. Sixty minutes of the band's best-loved songs, in a room lit by candles rather than stage lights.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page specifies the different Zones that are available for purchase. Zone A will have the best view, whereas Zone D might only have a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please get in touch through Fever's contact form for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Age recommendation: The experience is recommended for those who are 8+. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

By Car: The church is easily accessible by major roads and highways. Parking is available nearby. By Public Transit: Oakville Transit provides bus routes that stop near the venue. Oakville GO Station is also a short distance away, with bus and taxi options to reach the church. Walking: If you're in downtown Oakville, the venue is within walking distance of many local attractions. For the best route based on your location, use Google Maps or a transit planning app.
Is there food served?
No, food or drinks will not be provided at the event. However, there are many great restaurants and cafés nearby if you'd like to grab a bite before or after your visit.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
