Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts – contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, which lets you request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (it becomes non-refundable once transferred, and no documentation is required to claim it).

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app, or contact us quoting your ticket ID for help.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated within your purchased zone; late entry isn't permitted under any circumstances.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors at St. Gregory's Episcopal Church, 100 NE Mizner Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33432, right in the center of Boca Raton and accessible by bus, rideshare, on foot, or by car.
