Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same credentials used when purchasing. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone you want at no extra cost. Just click on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Feel free to contact us if you need help, mentioning your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do so, contact us with the ticket number linked to your purchase (the unique code you received when purchasing, which appears in your confirmation email and in the Fever app). You can also check in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app whether the exchange option is available: if it is, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear, and you just need to follow the instructions. Refunds are not possible, regardless of the reason.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed, regardless of the reason. For more info, check our terms and conditions. However, the "Flexible cancellation" add-on is available for purchase: it offers a different policy, detailed in the Fever help center.
If I get a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you request it at least 48 hours before the experience begins. Just contact us. Please note: the ticket will not be refunded if it has been transferred to someone else.
What is the "Candlelight photo" add-on?
This add-on offers a unique photo experience, reserved for customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in a specially set up space and, as a keepsake, you'll receive an instant Polaroid-style print.
Can I buy the "Candlelight photo" add-on on-site?
You can buy photos on-site, subject to availability. Customers who purchased their photo add-on at the same time as their tickets have priority. On-site, only card payment is accepted, not cash.
When is my photo taken?
Your photo is taken before the event begins, and the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to give us time to take your photo.
When do I receive the photo?
You can choose your favorite photo before it's printed. Our team prints it during the concert and you pick it up on your way out. Don't forget to collect it before leaving: we can't keep it for later, and if you leave without it, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
Where do I need to go to get my photo taken?
Once inside the venue, staff will give you all the necessary info. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have questions.
What is the "3-candle pack" add-on?
The pack includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a flame.
What are the conditions for purchasing the 3-candle pack online?
All 3-candle packs purchased online must be picked up at the designated spot at the venue, on the day of the event. Since the pack is linked to the specific date and venue of the concert, items purchased online cannot be refunded or returned. All sales are final.
What are the different seating areas?
The venue is divided into different zones based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the category chosen.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat your group together.
Is there an age limit to attend the concert?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased on site?
No, tickets are not sold on site: they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
What time should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to have time to get settled in your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Attendees who need assistance during the concert can request a free ticket for their companion. Contact us through the Fever help center with proof that you need a companion. We will then give you a code to use in the Fever app to get this free ticket, subject to availability. You must present your standard ticket along with the companion ticket at the entrance.
Are food and drinks sold on site?
Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are sold at this event.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat during the concert, except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are electric and therefore non-flammable.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the show. You can take photos and videos only during the last piece, without flash, as the musicians will indicate.
What will the temperature be like in the room?
In the venues hosting Candlelight concerts, temperature control can sometimes be difficult. We do everything we can to ensure your comfort, but the temperature may vary depending on the season: dress accordingly to fully enjoy the experience.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place in the Palais des Possibles ballroom, on the 5th floor of the Four Seasons Hôtel Montréal, at 1440 rue de la Montagne.
What happens if weather prevents the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this event's venue, but service animals are welcome.
