Elective Strings put on such a cool performance of Fleetwood Mac’s songs, as well as providing some history into each song. Was really fabulous and would easily go again. Big vibes.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play), logged in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law, unless you purchased the Flexible Refund Ticket. For more information, please check our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket and how does it work?
It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is needed. Please note it becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
What ticket types are available?
Seating is divided into Front Row (best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Will drinks be available at the venue?
Yes, drinks are available for purchase at the venue.
Does this venue have disability access?
Collingwood Town Hall is accessible for ticket holders of all zones. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us in advance so we can notify on-site staff.

What is “Snapshot by Candlelight” and how does it work?
It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a designated area before the show or up to 10 minutes before it starts (arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for this), and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir. It can also be purchased on-site if not sold out (online buyers get priority, and on-site purchases are card-only). You'll receive a separate QR code by email to validate with the photographer, and you'll collect your printed photo at the exit — no refund or rescheduling is available if you miss it.
