Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signed in with the same account you used to purchase it (download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play). You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email, so be sure to check your spam folder as well.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print it. Just show the QR code from the Fever app or your purchase confirmation email at the entrance.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show. To make a change, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not available; see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer Ticket” in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided into sections A, B, and C based on the quality of the view.
Can I purchase tickets on-site?
No, all tickets must be purchased in the app or on our website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the venue.
How long does the performance last?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the performance starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating by zone.
Will food or drinks be served?
Beverages will be available for purchase. Food is not served at the venue.
Is parking available?
There is street parking available near the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
This performance is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I reserve a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Please contact us with proof of need; once received, we'll send you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket. You'll need to show this along with your ticket to enter the venue.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Please contact hello@feverup.com so we can help coordinate your visit.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken while the last song is playing, and please turn off your flash. If filming occurs earlier, you may be asked to leave and delete your footage.
