Ehrlich gesagt bin ich gar kein Hardrock-Fan. Ich bin eher meinem Mann zuliebe mitgegangen. Was für eine gute Entscheidung! Die Umsetzung war grandios und dem Quartett war die Lust und Freude auf die Musik wirklich anzumerken. 100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or the Fever website before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is essential), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received them, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this applies to you, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Aside from the flexible refund ticket, refunds are not possible. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required to request your refund.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Französischer Dom (Gendarmenmarkt 5, 10117 Berlin).
How do I get to the venue?
Underground: U6 Französische Straße, U2/U6 Stadtmitte. Bus: 147, stop U-Bahnhof Französische Straße.
Is there food and drink available?
Food and drinks can be purchased on site on the ground floor.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you need to bring a service animal with you, please get in touch with us beforehand.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There are paid car parks at Gendarmenmarkt and in the surrounding multi-storey car parks.
What is “Candlelight Foto”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake with each purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue?
Yes, while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience online together with their concert tickets will have priority over those who purchase on site. Only card payment is accepted on site, cash is not.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I get my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site, our team will print them straight away and you can take them with you right there. Don't forget to collect them: we can't keep hold of them, and if you leave without your photos, we won't be able to offer a refund or a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
As soon as you enter the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience takes place. You'll also hear announcements about it. If you have any further questions, just ask our staff on site.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site to start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, we'll refund your booking for the photo experience.
Is there an interval?
No, there is no interval.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
