• Entry: Scallop with grilled pineapple and black-leg dashi (dish to share)
• Succulent scallops combined with grilled pineapple, balanced by an aromatic dashi of pata negra that brings warmth and sophistication.

• Grilled corvina with grilled lettuce hearts and miso sauce
