We divide the space into sections with prices that vary based on how close you are to the stage and visibility. As soon as you enter Archaeological Museum of Alicante, staff will seat you in the order that attendees arrive within your zone.

Yes, we'll do everything we can to seat you together. To make it easier, you should enter the venue at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before the start, and our team will assign you contiguous seats.

There is no physical sales point inside Archaeological Museum of Alicante. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).

The ﻿Candlelight Spring: Vivaldi's Four Seasons in Alicante lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Unless it's an emergency, we appreciate that you don't get up from your seat. This helps us maintain the special atmosphere of the event.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.

You'll also receive a confirmation email with your QR code. Being 100% digital tickets, there's no need to print anything.

Absolutely! You can transfer your tickets free of charge from the Fever app by clicking on the "Transfer tickets" button. If you need support, contact us with the reference number of your ticket.

Definitely! You can purchase a Gift Card that lets them choose their concert and date, or if you've already bought tickets for a specific day, you can gift those by using the "Transfer Tickets" button in the Fever app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy.
