Super schöne location. Die Musik und die Musiker einfach toll. Ein ganz besonderes Lob an die gut organisierten und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Es war wieder ein wunderbares Erlebnis.

Wunderschön und sehr viel kunstlerische Leistung,man könnte ein deutlich höheres Eintrittsgeld nehmen und Dieses wäre sehr gerechtfertigt

There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D.

No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, except with a Flexible Refund Ticket (available for selected events). Changes to other dates are allowed up to 24 hours before the event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

Can I book a ticket for my carer or companion?

Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their companion. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documentation.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
