Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds possible?

Refunds are not possible under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket. See our T&Cs for more information.

What is the Flexible Refund ticket?

If available for this event, this ticket lets you request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If the ticket is transferred to another person, the right to a refund is lost. No documents are required to request it.

How long does the experience last?

60 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; late entry once the concert has begun is not possible.

Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your booked zone.

Is there parking available?

Palais Wittgenstein does not have its own car park. The nearest public parking garage is at Carlsplatz, on Benrather Straße.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

No, the venue is not wheelchair accessible.

Can I book a ticket for my companion?

Guests who need assistance throughout the whole experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal assistant/companion. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please send us the corresponding proof.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please fill in the corresponding form.

How do I get to the venue?

By bus: Benrather Straße stop (lines 703, 706, 712, 713, 715) or Poststraße stop (lines 704, 709, 719). The nearest U-Bahn stop is Benrather Straße. Several bicycle parking spots are also available.
