Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the App Store), signing in with the same Fever profile you used to buy. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket.
How long does the concert last and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start: please arrive early, as seats are assigned based on the zone you purchased and your arrival time. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has started.
Is the concert held indoors or outdoors?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
Can I buy food or drinks on site?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately the venue does not have on-site parking. For this experience we recommend getting there by public transport or other sustainable alternatives.
What is the minimum age to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend, unless stated otherwise on the website. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant and we'll provide a code to buy the free companion ticket (subject to availability). You'll need to show the documents together with the tickets to enter the event.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What different ticket types are available?
Front Row, Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (average visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For guests' safety, all candles will be flameless.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the venue on the day of the event?
No, tickets cannot be bought at the venue: they must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile.
