The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start: please arrive early, as seats are assigned based on the zone you purchased and your arrival time. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has started.

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend, unless stated otherwise on the website. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant and we'll provide a code to buy the free companion ticket (subject to availability). You'll need to show the documents together with the tickets to enter the event.

Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

For guests' safety, all candles will be flameless.

Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in case of an emergency.

No, tickets cannot be bought at the venue: they must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
