Candlelight brings the music of Phil Collins to the Französischer Dom on Berlin's Gendarmenmarkt. A string quartet plays his best-known songs live, by the glow of thousands of candles: a unique live music experience in the heart of Berlin.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

SuperUmsetzung der Musik von Phil Collins mit klassischen Instrumenten. Gerade beim Song "In the Air tonight", der ja von der treibenden Kraft des Schlagzeuges lebt, merkt man wie viel Liebe und Arbeit die Künstler hinein gesteckt haben. Auch für Leute die nicht unbedingt auf Klassik stehen, ist es sehr empfehlenswert.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential), please send us the relevant proof via the Fever contact form. Once we've received it, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you must show the regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us via the Fever contact form, stating your ticket ID. A refund is only possible with the flexible refund ticket. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible refund ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide for the refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us via the Fever contact form to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Französischer Dom (Gendarmenmarkt 5, 10117 Berlin).
How do I get to the venue?
Underground: U6 Französische Straße, U2/U6 Stadtmitte station. Bus: 147 Französische Straße underground station.
Is there food and drink available?
Food and drinks can be bought on site on the ground floor.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please fill in the Fever contact form beforehand.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is paid parking available at Gendarmenmarkt and in the surrounding car parks.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake with every purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" at the venue?
Photos can be bought at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience online together with their concert tickets will have priority over those buying on site. On site, we only accept card payments; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for the photos, we prefer to hold them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, we can't offer you a refund or a new appointment.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you all the details about where the photo experience takes place. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How do I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site to begin your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded the price of your photo experience.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
