Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same login method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket. Check our T&Cs for more details.
What if I have a Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just use the "Transfer Tickets" option on your ticket in the Fever app.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
When should I arrive?
Doors open at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry is not permitted.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
It takes place indoors, in the Great Hall of the University of Salzburg at Max-Reinhardt-Platz in the Festival District (Hofstallgasse 2-4, A-5020 Salzburg).
Is food or drink available?
No, no food or drinks are available on site.
Is parking available?
Yes. The closest parking to the Festival District is the CONTIPARK Old Town garage, Hildmannplatz 1, 5020 Salzburg (open 24 hours a day). Another option is the Rot-Kreuz car park, Franz-Josef-Kai, 5020 Salzburg (also open 24 hours a day).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant proof; we will then provide you with a voucher for the free carer's ticket, subject to availability. Please show both tickets on arrival.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything in advance. Accessible entry is via Furtwänglerpark (opposite the Festival Halls).
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, including service dogs.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, the cloakroom is chargeable. A ticket is issued per item (outerwear, bag) and a fee of €2.00 is charged.
