You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A Seating (great visibility), Zone B Seating (good visibility), Zone C Seating (slightly restricted visibility), and Zone D Seating (restricted visibility).
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Please contact us to arrange your companion's ticket.

Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of all attendees, every candle used is flameless.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
It's an optional photo experience available to guests who purchase it, offering a personalized photo session in a specially designated area. You'll receive one instant printed photo in a polaroid style as a keepsake. It can be purchased at the venue if not sold out, though online purchases get priority; on-site purchases accept card payment only.
