No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below); otherwise you can exchange for another date/time up to 48 hours before, based on availability.

A Flexible Cancellation Ticket (available on selected events) lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, up to 48 hours before the experience starts — no documentation required. Refunds return the full ticket price minus a 10% fee, paid to your original payment method or as a new voucher (allow 10+ days); the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred. Exchanges give you a voucher of equal value, valid only for the same experience. Contact us here to request either one.

The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase for guests 21 and older. You're welcome to bring a bottle of water.

There is limited street parking at the venue. Several paid parking garages are also available within walking distance — we recommend using a rideshare service as well.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us for more information.

This venue is ADA compliant.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

This optional paid add-on offers a unique photo experience in a specially designated area, with a printed polaroid-style souvenir (1 instant picture per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue while supplies last, but online buyers get priority. Photos are taken before the show, ending 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll get a separate QR code by email to show the photographer, and you'll collect your printed photo at the exit — pictures can't be kept for you afterward. Refunds are only given if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
