Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play), logged in with the same method you used to make your purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts, just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, except for Flexible Refund Tickets (available for selected events): these can be returned for a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, no documentation required. Please note a Flexible Refund Ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. For more information, see our T&Cs.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available at the venue?
No, there is no food or beverage service at the venue.
Is parking available?
Yes, there are many parking lots near the venue as well as street parking.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility), Zone D (fair visibility) and Obstructed (limited visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible. ADA seating is located in Zone B.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying, once you've purchased yours, please contact us with your details for next steps.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
How do I get to the venue?

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle 3-Pack add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable, non-returnable, and final sale.
