Candlelight: Valentine's Day Special brings the most beautiful love songs from film, pop and classical music to the Marmorsaal in Stuttgart. Lit by hundreds of candles, the hall becomes a concert venue for a special evening for two or with the people who matter to you.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

Es war ein rundum stimmiges Ambiente und Konzert, wundervoll! Sehr schön auch der Empfang an der Tür und die ansteckende Begeisterung und Freude der Streicher! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Parkplatzsituation ist eine Herausforderung, uns ist sie aber sehr gut gelungen!

The Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark is an impressive venue that captivates with its unique architecture and historical charm. The hall from the 19th century impresses with its splendid interior made of marble and stucco. The acoustics provide a special sound experience at musical events.

Parking
There is no dedicated car park. Public parking is available on the surrounding streets, though parking options for our concert are limited. From the car park, it's about a five-minute walk through Weißenburgpark to the Marmorsaal.
Accessibility
There is a separate, wheelchair-accessible entrance. Unfortunately, the toilets are not wheelchair-accessible. Access to the Marmorsaal is only partially accessible: a slightly steep path through Weißenburgpark leads to the venue. If you require accessible access, please get in touch by email at hello@feverup.com at least 15 days in advance.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during this event can request a free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Please get in touch with us via Fever's contact form with proof that you need a carer ticket. Once we've received this, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket upon entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If this is the case, please get in touch with us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID. Under no circumstances will a refund be possible. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This ticket is only available for selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us via the Fever contact form to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark (Hohenheimer Straße 119A, 70184 Stuttgart).
How do I get to the venue?
On foot, the Marmorsaal is about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. By public transport, the easiest way is to take the U5, U6, U7 or U12 underground line to the “Bopser” station.
Will food and drinks be available?
No, food and drinks are not currently offered at the Marmorsaal.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.
Does the venue have disabled access?

What is “Candlelight Foto”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the chance to be photographed in an area we've specially set up for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience via the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that we only accept credit card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
We'll carry out your photo session either before or after the concert. However, to have enough time for taking your photos, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will then print the photos you've chosen and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we can't offer you a refund or a new appointment for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it to begin your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds for the photo experience are only available if it has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll receive a refund for your photo experience booking.
Is there anything to know about the route to the venue?
A slightly steep path through Weißenburgpark leads to the Marmorsaal.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
