Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code will also be in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may have a partial view. At Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto there is seating in all zones on both the main floor and the balcony — arrive early for the best choice of seating.

How long does the experience last?

60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; no entry once it starts.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The experience is recommended for those 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Purchase your own ticket first, then contact us for more information.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is one street north of Gerrard, between Broadview and Carlaw. The audience entrance is on Howland Ave, just south of Simpson Ave.

Is there food served?

No food or drinks are available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is permitted inside the performance space.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does this venue have disability access?

The main audience entrance has 12 stairs. There is an alternative entrance on Simpson Ave with a ramp and no stairs — let a staff member know or ring the bell there. Inside, there are no stairs except to reach the balcony, and there is accessible seating in all zones; washrooms can be accessed without stairs.

Is there parking available?

MCC Toronto has no on-site parking. Street parking on Simpson Ave and surrounding streets is by permit only and strictly enforced; the most convenient lot is at 653 Gerrard Street East.

Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.
