Zone A is raised VIP/box seating at the back of the ground floor. Zone B is ground floor seating. Zones C and D let you enjoy the show from the higher back seats of the ground floor or the first level of the balcony (same price for both). Zone E is balcony seating, accessible by stairs only.

No. Tickets aren't sold at the venue — you must purchase them through the Fever app or website before arriving.

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Memorial Hall is located across the street from Washington Park, just a few blocks from the 14th & Elm Streetcar Stop, and across from the Elm St and Washington Park bus stop (Buses 21 & 64).

No food is served at the venue, but a selection of drinks is available for purchase.

Yes. The most convenient option is the Washington Park Garage, directly across the street. Other nearby options include the YMCA/Elm Street Lot, Mercer Garage on Vine Street (between 13th & 14th), Town Center Garage on Central Parkway (under WCET), and the SP+ surface lot between Memorial Hall and Music Hall (usually the most expensive and fills up quickly).

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible, with wheelchair-accessible seating located in Zones B and C. Please note balcony seating (Zone E) is only reachable by stairs.

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

It's an optional add-on photo experience: your photo is taken in a designated area before the show (the photo session ends 10 minutes before it starts) and printed in polaroid style — one instant picture per purchase. You can also buy it at the venue if it hasn't sold out, though online buyers get priority and on-site purchases are card-only. You'll get a separate QR code by email to show at pickup, and refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons.

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to your specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases (online or on-site) are final: non-refundable and non-returnable.
