Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a Flexible Cancelation Ticket has been purchased. With this optional add-on, you can request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us directly; you'll receive the full ticket price back, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible option. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility). Please note that seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
What is the duration of the experience?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
Is there food & beverage service available at the venue?
Yes, a selection of wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for separate purchase at the venue.
Is there parking available?
There are a number of parking lots within a 5-minute walk from the venue. You may also use street parking, adhering to the posted parking rules.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. It is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us with your details and we will guide you through the next steps.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
