What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance throughout the entire experience receive a free ticket for their companion. After purchasing a valid ticket, send proof via Fever's request form. Fever will then provide you with a voucher, with which you can get the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. At entry, show your regular ticket and the companion ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 years of age may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
The date and/or time can be changed up to 24 hours before the experience, subject to availability. Contact Fever with your ticket ID to do so. Regular tickets cannot be refunded.
What is a flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, tickets with flexible refund are available. With this, you get the full amount back if you decide not to attend.
Until when can I return a flexible refund ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience. If the ticket has been transferred to another person, it can no longer be refunded.
What documents do I need for the refund?
None.

At the Kammermusiksaal of the Stadthalle Mülheim an der Ruhr, Theodor-Heuss-Platz 1, 45468 Mülheim an der Ruhr.
How do I get to the venue?
The nearest stop is “Schloß Broich”. Bus lines 122, 124, 131, 133, 135 and 752 as well as tram lines 901 and 102 stop there. You can find more information on getting there and parking on the Stadthalle website.
Is there food and drink available on site?
Drinks are available at the bar on site.
Can I bring pets?
No, with the exception of assistance animals. There is a separate registration form for assistance animals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
No. The venue is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Yes, there are numerous parking options around the venue. You can find more information on the Stadthalle website.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval.
Can I still get in after the concert has started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
