Designed in 1915 by architect Carlo Angelo Ceresa to house the new headquarters of the Savings Bank, Palazzo della Luce is inspired by the monumental criteria of the late 1800s with a superb facade inspired by Juvarra, modeled after Palazzo Madama. Since 2021, it has hosted Candlelight concerts, with a rich monthly program.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Premium: excellent visibility. Zone A: good visibility. Zone B: average visibility. Zone C: limited visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must remain on silent for the entire duration of the concert.
Can I leave the hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: they must be bought via the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the person who will use the ticket the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us, quoting the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant and we'll provide you with a code to get the free ticket. You'll need to show the document along with your tickets at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and App Store), by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. You'll also receive a PDF with a barcode in your confirmation email, which is valid for entry to the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If the weather affects the event (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email, sent to the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
