What ticket types are available?
There are three zones depending on visibility: Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Zone C (average visibility).
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts; in that case, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. See our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just send the person using the ticket the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the App Store). Log in with the same Fever profile you used to purchase — you'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your confirmation email.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is allowed once it has begun.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
It's an indoor experience with assigned seating.
What are the age requirements for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Will food or drinks be available?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.
Is there on-site parking?
Unfortunately the venue doesn't have its own private parking. We recommend reaching the venue by public transport or another sustainable option.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has access for people with motor disabilities.
Do I need documentation for my caregiver's ticket?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their caregiver. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide you with a code to purchase the free ticket. Note that you'll need to show both documents, along with the tickets, to enter the event.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles used will be flameless.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
