Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email — nothing to print.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances for this ticket type.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You may return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
About 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; no entry once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended; there is limited parking onsite. From Orcutt Road, turn onto La Lomita Way and follow the access road to the back of the property, where the guest parking lot is. From there, walk through the barn to reach the Pavilion, where the show is held.
Is there food and beverages served?
Wine and snacks are available onsite for an additional cost as a package.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us if you plan to bring a service animal.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is fully ADA accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is a free parking lot onsite, but spaces are limited — we recommend carpooling and arriving early.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving.
Is there a hotel discount for guests attending this event?

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
