FAQs Frequently asked questions
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is divided into sections with different prices based on visibility and proximity to the stage. Our team will seat you on a first-come, first-served basis at Archaeological Museum of Alicante, always within the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Yes, you can sit together! To ensure contiguous seats, you need to arrive together and have passes for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together easily.
Can tickets be bought at the Archaeological Museum of Alicante box office?
We're sorry, but there will be no ticket sales at the entrances or the Archaeological Museum of Alicante box office. To avoid missing out, get your ticket online through the Fever app or our official website.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.
Will there be food and drink service at Archaeological Museum of Alicante?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Controlling the temperature in historic buildings is sometimes a challenge. Therefore, we recommend dressing according to the current season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the event.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight Valentine's Day: Valentine's Day Special in Alicante lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the other audience members, we ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency. We want everyone to enjoy the show without interruptions.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your safety, the concert's candles operate with LED bulbs. They mimic the light of a flame perfectly without needing real fire, so they don't burn or pose any risk.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Remember to put your phone on silent before the show begins. To enjoy the experience, we only allow photos or videos without flash during the final song of the set, as indicated by the musicians.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight Valentine's Day: Valentine's Day Special in Alicante?
You'll find your digital tickets in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) under the "Tickets" tab. Remember to log in with the same account you used for the purchase. If you prefer, you also have your QR code in the confirmation email we sent you. Don't worry about printing them; having them on your phone is enough.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Absolutely! You can transfer your tickets free of charge from the Fever app by clicking on the "Transfer tickets" button. If you need support, contact us with the reference number of your ticket.
Can tickets for Candlelight Valentine's Day: Valentine's Day Special be gifted?
Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.

Make sure to arrive about 30 minutes early for your photo session. Remember that it is organized before the event and will end 10 minutes before the show starts.
When will I receive the photo?
Select your favorite shot, and our team will print it while you enjoy the show. Don't forget to collect your keepsake when the event ends, as it won't be possible to store it for afterwards.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
