We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the indoor temperature of the venue goes hand in hand with the season. We recommend opting for layers or clothes suitable for the season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the show.
Will there be food and drink service at Archaeological Museum of Alicante?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.

Packages bought on the web will be waiting for you at the venue on the day of the show. We're sorry to say the 3 candle pack cannot be returned or refunded, as all sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight Valentine's Day: Valentine's Day Special in Alicante?
Access your passes from the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by entering the "Tickets" section. It's crucial that you use the same login method you booked with. We'll also send you the QR code in the purchase confirmation email. No physical printing required!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can settle in comfortably. The doors will close 5 minutes before the start, and once the show begins, late entry will not be allowed to avoid interrupting the musicians and other attendees.

Make sure to arrive about 30 minutes early for your photo session. Remember that it is organized before the event and will end 10 minutes before the show starts.
