Es war eine wunderschöne Veranstaltung…… sehr zu empfehlen! Unglaublich, was aus so einer Geige herauszuholen ist….. echte Talente am Werk! Es ist schön zu sehen, dass sich die Künstlerinnen auch so wohlfühlen und Ihren super Auftritt geniessen und Spass haben! Meega und sicher wiederholenswert!

FAQs Frequently asked questions
How long does the concert last and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; please arrive at least 30 minutes early to find your seat in time. The concert starts on time and latecomers can't be admitted once it begins.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors at the Große Universitätsaula. Seats are assigned by zone, with free choice of seat within your purchased zone.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — just show your Fever ticket from the app or by email at entry. You can also find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, and your QR code in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds generally aren't available (except for flexible-refund tickets, see below); see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
For select dates, a flexible refund ticket lets you get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before your experience starts. No documents are needed to request it. Note: if the ticket is transferred to someone else, the refund eligibility is lost.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Purchase your own ticket first, then send us proof of the requirement; we'll then provide a voucher for the free companion ticket (subject to availability). Please show both tickets at entry.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Please email us in advance at hello@feverup.com so we can prepare for your visit. Wheelchair access is via Furtwänglerpark (opposite the Festspielhäuser).
Is food or drink available on site?
No, food and drink aren't available at this venue.
Is there parking available?
The closest parking to the festival district is the Altstadtgarage CONTIPARK (Hildmannplatz 1, 5020 Salzburg, open daily 24 hours). Alternatively, there's the Rot-Kreuz car park at Franz-Josef-Kai, 5020 Salzburg (also open 24/7).
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue — including service dogs.
What ticket types are available?
Tickets are available for Zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, all tickets must be bought in advance through the app or www.feverup.com.
How do I get to the venue?
The nearest bus stop is Herbert-von-Karajan-Platz, just steps from the Große Universitätsaula (lines 1, 8, 10, A, 22, 23).
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes — if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone, you can sit together. We recommend arriving in good time so we can seat your group together as best we can.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, the cloakroom is paid: a fee of €2.00 is charged per item (coat or bag).
