Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo will be taken before or after the concert; the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to allow enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my pictures?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures before leaving, as we cannot keep them for you. If you leave without collecting your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the experience.
Where do I have to go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue where it takes place, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Please feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show proof that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
