How long does the concert last?

The concert runs for approximately 60 minutes with no interval.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?

Yes, guests can leave the concert room to use the restroom. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, guests will be allowed back into the concert space during breaks between songs to minimize disruptions.

Is there food and drink available?

Yes, food and beverages are available for purchase onsite at the Natural History Museum.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A, B, and C. Zone A is closest to the stage. Seating within each zone is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless a Flexible Cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.

What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.

When can I cancel my Flexible Cancellation ticket?

You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

What documents do I need to present to cancel?

No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.

If I opt for a refund, how long does it take?

If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, you will be credited the total amount back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app.

Will I get a full refund?

You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, with the exception of the 10% fee paid for the Flexible Cancellation option.

If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?

You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to purchase the same experience on a new date and/or time.

Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?

If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to go back and purchase the same experience.

How do I request my refund?

Where is the experience taking place?

San Diego Natural History Museum, 1788 El Prado, San Diego, CA 92101.

When should I arrive?

Doors open 45 minutes prior to the start time. We encourage guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly and doors will be closed once it begins — no late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

You will be permitted to look at the museum exhibits during door times, but not after the performance.

How do I get to the venue?

Driving or rideshare is recommended.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available for an additional fee. Depending on the lot, parking can range from $5 to $8 for verified City of San Diego residents and $10 to $16 for non-residents. Please follow the link here for step-by-step instructions on how to register as a San Diego resident.

Park in the Inspiration Point parking lot (east side of Park Blvd., between Presidents Way and the Balboa Park Activity Center) for easy access via the free tram. There are also numerous smaller lots throughout the Park. See the Balboa Park Map with parking lots and tram stops.

Valet parking is offered in front of the House of Hospitality (and The Prado restaurant) in the Plaza de Panama. Hours: Tue–Thu 5 PM–10 PM; Fri 5 PM–midnight; Sat 10 AM–midnight; Sun 10 AM–10 PM. No valet on Mondays.

Parking for visitors with disabilities is available on the east and west sides of the building.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue is fully ADA accessible. The museum provides wheelchairs for free, has handicap parking spaces, and offers many supportive features for physical or visual handicaps. Please reach out to hello@feverup.com or directly to the venue if you have any questions.

Can I bring animals?
