Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts: contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, except for Flexible Refund Tickets (available for selected events): these can be refunded in full if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, no documentation required. The ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred.
What ticket types are available?
Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Standing Room.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts; late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No, food is not served at this venue.
Is there parking available?
There is ample street parking around the venue, plus two parking lots a block away: River Place Parking Lot (14 Grace St, Wilmington, NC 28401) and Water Street Parking Deck (210 N Water St, Wilmington, NC 28401).
Is there a minimum age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; then contact us for more information.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website (feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
How do I get to the venue?
The Elia is located at 254 N Front St, suite 100, Wilmington, NC 28401. From I-140: take US-421 S, make a U-turn at Point Harbor Rd, turn right onto US-74 E, take the ramp onto N 3rd St from the left lane, then turn right onto N Front St.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased: all sales are final.
