MEET Digital Culture Center presents Living in the (Un)real, an exhibition that marks the Milan debut of renowned Taiwanese artist Hsin-Chien Huang. With his extensive and multidisciplinary background, Huang explores how technology can serve as a tool for spiritual awakening. His work delves into the relationship between technology and humanity, examining the complexities of surveillance, big data, and AI, and questioning how these technologies influence our perception of reality and how the invisible forces of big data and AI subtly choreograph our lives. Hsin-Chien Huang, a Taipei-based pioneer in new media, combines expertise in art, design, engineering, and electronics. He has collaborated on virtual worlds with renowned artists like Laurie Anderson and Marina Abramović.
